Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or relacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalised and custom made goods fall in to this category so are non returnable and not eligible for a refund unless damaged / defective or have been incorrectly personalised by us .

Replacement items:

If we have not personalised your item incorrectly we will relace it FREE OF CHARGE

We require you to inform us by email of this on receipt of your item AND attach a photo showing the mistake or damage.

We strive to have replacement items sent out to you within 48 HRS

YOU are responsible for making sure that the correct spelling of names etc; has been give to us, we will NOT replace items when we have used the spelling as provided by you should it not be correct!

Cancellation of an order

If you choose to cancel your order we will refund you in full providing the following has NOT occurrred :

We have already dispatched your item or have already started to personalise an item by engraving or printing it

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal or original method of payment, within a few working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal account again.

Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 18 Boundary Close, Kingskerswell, Newton Abbot, Devon. TQ12 5BP

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of our original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE REMEMBER CUSTOM / PERSONALISED GOODS ARE NON RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
